The SH Micro-pump head is specifically designed to fill volumes in the 10 – 100 µ liter range.

The user-friendly tubing installation is a unique single-tube insertion (not the more typical “Y” tube design as usual in the larger pump heads).

The fill volume is controlled using a Capmatic developed linear regression algorithm that predicts the number (or partial) revolutions that the pump must make to achieve the required fill. This pump is installed into an automated machine where the weight of the fill is accurately recorded using a very high-resolution scale. The results taken from the scale at each fill are used to adjust the pump revolution as needed to keep the fills within the desired fill tolerance range.

The SH Micro-pump can accept 0.5mm (0.019”) – 0.8mm (0.031”) ID silicon tubing.

Filling accuracy is expected to be within +-5%* of the target dispense volume.
